Platform Terms and Conditions of Use boba55 Malaysia

In this document, "Platform" refers to the entire boba55 ecosystem, including the website, mobile app, gaming systems and member portal. "Services" refers to all games, financial transactions, bonuses, promotions and other features available through the Platform. "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User to access the Services.

"Real Money" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) funds deposited into a boba55 account for wagering purposes. "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional value credited by boba55 to a member's account, subject to specified rollover requirements.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you: (a) register a boba55 account; (b) make any deposit into your account; (c) use any game or platform feature; or (d) claim any bonus or promotion offered. This acceptance is ongoing and applies each time you use the Platform.

To register and use a boba55 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements before and throughout your use of the Platform:

Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration.
